L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Hajdu, founder and managing partner of our firm, started his legal career in 1997. For more than two years he worked for Clifford Chance and then he continued his career at Linklaters. In July 2008 he established HP Legal.<\/p>

Since the establishment of our firm we have become one of the leading independent law firms in the area of business law in Hungary. We specialize primarily in providing legal advisory services in domestic and cross-border business transactions. We have extensive experience in the fields of banking, project finance, capital markets, M&A, private equity, corporate, real estate and commercial law. Furthermore, our lawyers participated in the largest Hungarian infrastructure and greenfield projects, acquisition, export and real estate transactions and therefore have unique expertise and recognition in that field.<\/p>

Our clientele includes the largest Hungarian financial institutions, corporate groups as well as multinational organisations and institutions, private equity firms and real estate funds.
