Hanna specializes in advising on complex finance transactions, including project, acquisition, real estate and export finance as well as syndicated, club and bilateral lending. She has wide experience in general commercial transactions and legal due diligence exercises.

Hanna obtained a degree in law in 2010 at the Faculty of Law at ELTE University, Budapest. In 2012 she obtained a qualification as an official public procurement expert.

Hanna started her legal career in 2010 at HP Legal. Between March 2014 and December 2015 she was an associate lawyer at HP Legal. Since January 2016 she is an of counsel at HP Legal.
