In projects and project finance our firm has one of the most experienced team in Hungary. In the previous years, our firm has participated in the implementation of many greenfield agricultural and energy projects in Hungary. Further, we acted on the most significant Hungarian motorway, real estate and other infrastructure projects.

We prepare and negotiate the documentation for all types of project finance (real estate, energy, motorway, telecom and other infrastructure) and PPP, as well as acquisition and export finance transactions, including restructuring and refinancing of such transactions, in particular:

• finance documents
• complex security structures
• concession agreements
• construction and operation agreements.
